NGO- Roll out your programme
Your programme is fully ready! It's time to implement it:
- Market it: invite participants to join. By experience, people (whatever their revenues, backgrounds...) have many excuses for not joining a training on money management. They don't have time; they may also be worried to be uncomfortable during the training (lose face, acknowledge they may not know, etc...); they may be skeptical the training is really relevant to their daily life problems. They may also think that the training is going to be boring (finance people are very good at explaining things in a complicated and very boring way!). Check our tips in the tool box below to put all the chances on your side and get a room full of participants!
- Logistics: are you a bit nervous about things going wrong? Preparation is the key word. Use the check list and get peace of mind... and a successful training.
- Evaluation: make sure to get participants' feedback on each training session and adjust or keep improving whenever needed. Use slightly different versions if your target groups are a bit different.
- Send us your photos!! Our programmes are free for you to use- and we love hearing your comments. Share what worked and what was difficult, ask questions, make comments on our Trainers' Forum. Have a look at examples of programmes implemented by our NGO partners.
